By booking Andreia Jesus of Be Beauty, you agree that you and all members of your party are covered by these Terms and Conditions

All bookings and details will be arranged with and confirmed by Bride and Andreia Jesus. Your appointment date and services will be secured when the signed contract and non-refundable deposit of bridal services is received. I understand that a makeup trial is part of the bridal package and is required.


First 20 miles return of travel free, 50p per mile thereafter. All journeys calculated using Google maps from home address of makeup artist.


Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. A 30% non- refundable deposit of bridal services is due at time of booking. This secures your wedding date, the time to allow for makeup services for your wedding party, and also covers your bridal trial. The final balance of bridal services is due up to two days before your wedding. If your wedding is less than two weeks away at time of booking, 100% of payment is due. 

Other Wedding services such, Bridesmaid, Bridal mum or others payments are due two days before the service. Please advise them of this policy.

Additional Charges: Parking fee must be paid by the Bride if applicable on day.


Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. All cancellations must be submitted in written form by email.

If you have to postpone your wedding for any reason, I am happy to provide 1 free postponement date change. Any date changes thereafter will be chargeable. 

If in the event you postpone your wedding  but I am unavailable for your new date, the booking fee will be retained (as stated, it is non-refundable) and it will be your responsibility to claim this back with your wedding insurer.

The location of makeup services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements the artist will need to complete the services. A set-up table, work area and chair. Artist will arrive 15 minutes prior to set-up. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by email or text.


All allergies and sensitivities must be disclosed upon booking for the WHOLE bridal party, Be Beauty will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions if they have not been mentioned upon booking.


Please be prepared to start when I arrive. All ladies receiving makeup should have a clean face & be ready to start. This is very important so we can stay on schedule, and I can finish applications in the allotted time. I will create a schedule for the day, and will send this by email to the Bride for review. The list of girls receiving services is due two weeks before your wedding. Please include full name & all services needed.


Photos taken at the trial or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view. Your photographer will receive proper credit for their work. You agree to me using these photos, as well as give consent to using your professional photos on my website/portfolio/social media. I will email you to request these photos and will also reach out to your photographer.


I take hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported prior to the application. Client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

For any services at my home based beauty room, please make sure you arrive on your appointment time your appointment with be cancelled 10min after your time. Please note if you arrive 10min late that time will be discounted on your slot for example if you have booked 1hour massage and you arrived 10min late your massage will then last 50min and the price will remain the same.

Clients will be asked to confirm their appointment with a bank card. If you need to cancel your appointment more than 24h notice is required. Less than 24h notice being given you will be charged 50% fee of the treatment cost. If you don't show to your appointment it will be cancelled 10min after your appointment time and it will be charged the full treatment cost.

Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse any treatment that requires a patch test if it has not been completed 24/48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment will result in cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply.

All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before our therapists can perform any treatments on you. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Consultation form every 6 months so that we can update our records.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items at the salon. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.

Unfortunately we might have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to move your appointment to another therapist on the same day that can accommodate your treatment. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment in the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.

We accept cash and all major credit cards, we do not accept cheques.
